Very polite staff and fast no waiting.
I was tested on December 27th and Haven’t received my itemized bill yet. I have sent multiple emails asking for this bill so I can be reimbursed By my insurance and haven’t received an answer yet. To make things worse you can’t contact anyone by phone at this company, only emails that are clearly ignored daily. Very disappointed with this unprofessional situation since I paid 175 out of pocket.
