Arrived for 12:45 appointment. Didn't get through testing until 2:24. Short staffed. Only 2 employees to test and get results. If they are short staffed - notify us that appointments will be over 1.5 hour wait.
Stuck for two hours standing in the sun in Palm Desert after my appointment time.. Was behind the last 11 people ahead of me and realized there was only one technician to take the test. Then the Tech disappeared for 10 minutes. I left. Don't count on your appointment time. Totally understaffed. They must be making a fortune with such a low payroll.
To start off with something positive, staff were friendly. Now the not so nice part: I pre-booked 4 days ahead for a 9:30am appointment for my wife and myself. We needed the Rapid Anti-Gen test where the results would be delivered within 1 hour. We needed it quickly, as we had to drive to L.A. airport for an international flight. Covid Clinic failed to include the date was taken on my 'result' document which caused onboarding problems. Luckily Canada Border Services Agency did not check it. I emailed Covid Clinic numerous times to emails posted and they either bounced back (beware) or they did not respond to any of messages. I got one call through but had to solve the problem myself due to lack of time. Check your documentation carefully.
Brooklyn rocks! That is the womans name that helped me there. My husband was in the E.R. and to go back with him I had to get this test, this was my third place, she explained everything and told me exactly what the hospital needed. I am so grateful! Thank you Brooklyn!
