I had a great experience at Rume Health in Palo Alto. When I needed a COVID test, I chose them and I'm glad I did. The staff at 203 Forest Ave. provided excellent care from the start. They immediately checked my temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen levels, which gave me confidence in their thoroughness. Don’t come to here for Covid test!! I had terrible experience at this place. I went to this place bc it’s closer and thought I could get the swab quickly and done. NO! First I had to register which took me 20 minutes with too many unnecessary questions and the website is hard to use. After that the girl told me she needed to enter all the information I entered to another system manually. That took about 30 minutes. I thought that’s was done. No! I had a great experience testing here! The sign-up process was straightforward. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I received my antigen test results within an hour. The staff also helped me get connected with a doctor, who was able to virtually meet with me immediately after I got tested, and we spoke for an extended time. I’ll definitely be returning next time I have any Covid symptoms!
The staff on Friday, April 14th was amazing. They were attentive, polite, and informed. I will come here again if I need any medical assistance.
