I'm so disappointed about your booking system. You asked me not to arrive more than ten minutes earlier to the appointment, and arriving I find a long line outside and they asked me to wait along with walk-ins, when you have signs all over informing that you don't accept people just walking in. I arranged the appointment because I'm a busy person and I have to work and you just disrespected me. This is a walk in only place. Unlike mentioned online, ppl with appointments have to join the line as well. They won’t let you in even if you reserved an appointment. I know the health workers are stressed as much as we are, but I do wish the system can get updated. It’s very frustrating to go there for an appointment but end up getting nothing.

As a healthcare worker I was very disappointed with this place, and CAMH in general. I booked an appointment and went during my lunch break only to be told I had to wait in line for a vaccine. This is ridiculous.

Great experience! Right from the moment we arrived everyone was very friendly and accommodating! We were able to take our time and get comfortable! Thank you to Gia (I hope I spelt that correct) for her amazing delivery!
