Although I booked my Covid test in advance, they didn’t let me in, saying that rules changed. I have sore throat, coughing and a bit chest pain, and this is how our HEALTHCARE system is taking care of our health. And this how they manage reducing the positive cases by NOT TAKING TEST. Bravo

Staff was friendly and pleasant, however this is why I ranked as high as a two. I was directed to two reception desks. One to take my health card info and ask me questions about my symptoms. Then directed to a second reception desk who took my drivers license info, (and asked me the same questions about my symptoms!). Then directed to a doctors office for the test. The doctor asked me all the same questions again!? The staff do not appear to be working with the same computer interface. Maybe that is why I am now in my forth ... read more

Amazingly friendly and professional staff. Very helpful and accommodating during a very busy, stressful time due the Omicron variant.

Highly unprofessional. Worst test center ever. The women who was suppose to give me my results, was incredibly rude and unprofessional in every sense. I was accused of lying about not being told of a four day waiting period. I was accused of lying about the information the doctor gave me. Half of my contact information was missed and left out, so now I am unable to even receive my results. Don't waste your time or energy with such rude careless people.
