I was trying to contact shoppers pharmacy and I was on hold for 1 hour ... Avoid this location!
Answer the phone!!!!!
Called a few times. No answer. Went in asking for a Covid test and help to ease a sore throat. I was told by the pharmacy staff that I should be self isolating and shouldn’t have come into the store. So why does this location say it offers Covid tests and how are you supposed to get them… curb-side? She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and was not helpful. Are you supposed to stock up on medication when you feel fine? This place was incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Try to call this location for one hour, no one pick up the phone. Book a test online for this location, waited 3 days no contact, fire whoever is working hire a new staff at this location SDM!
