I’m sure I’ll be flagged as a fake account but I do not recommend CRC House. We have a patio cover that they built and it is not structurally sound per the engineer we hired after this company walked off the job. I’ve had to have areas of the new roof fixed and a fireplace cap that was damaged during the construction and caused a water leak which has damaged our master bath room. CRC Construction’s performance on our home renovation was utterly disappointing and unprofessional. They failed to complete critical aspects of the project, leaving our house in disarray. The roofing work was substandard, with a poorly installed ventline that buckled, compromising ventilation and aesthetics. Robert was a life saver. He came in and knocked out the roof in a day and my new flooring in no time at all! I bought a house that I thought needed to just be leveled. I brought in Robert and his Subcontractor for a second opinion. Come to find out my floor was rotting and falling apart from underneath. Robert and his crew came in and tore up everything that was bad. Laid down new flooring and subflooring in no time at all! He kept in contact the whole time.
