This property has only two people to handle maintenance, and only one is licensed to do “everything” while the other can only do small jobs. The maintenance manager is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. He has no remorse and is not apologetic nor does he take accountability for his actions at all. My A/C has gone out TWICE in two months at this new property. If you are looking for a peaceful environment and not busy, not here. The noise from cars with bass, loud pipes and the line at the carwash is noisy everyday sun up to sundown and sometimes outside of that. I have had issues with water leak shortly after moving in, package deliveries, people parking behind your garage, my electricity mistakingly getting disconnected by the office and a ignored transfer. Management need to really do something about the trash situation here It’s always over flowing and looks so bad passing I pay a good penny to be over here and to have to see this coming and going is such a let down and honestly embarrassing do better
