This place is nice. Anytime I have an issue maintenance is quick in responding. The ladies in the office are very nice. I always talk to the lady in the front office ( Mary I think) and she’s always helpful.

New Owners— not the same as when we first moved in. Shop around, there are better townhome/apartment communities near that offer better quality, more and better amenities. Vaughn Townhomes, The Collection at Pine Log, The Render, The Corwyn, Emblem, etc. all luxury rentals with more to offer, nicer, and competitively priced.
I have left messages and sent emails with the property for the last two weeks only to be completely ignored. They will not call me back. They do not care about their tenants. Save yourself the trouble and do not rent here!
