I would like to give a shout out to Ms. LaShonia Rouse that works in the Covey Homes on Kirkland office. She’s always empathetic, and goes over and beyond to assist her tenants! Very professional. I hope you’re thankful to have a gem in your midst!
Neighborhood community is nice and quiet. Maintenance team is awesome! I’ve never had any issues with the front office staff. All my interactions have been pleasant! The management company itself is a little greedy in my opinion. Lots of additional fees other than your rent. Fees increase annually but the quality of the amenities are very basic and sometimes inaccessible during the summer season. Certain units were just thrown together by the building company so certain units have floorboards coming up, squeaky/noisy upstair... read more

This place is nice. Anytime I have an issue maintenance is quick in responding. The ladies in the office are very nice. I always talk to the lady in the front office ( Megan I think) and she’s always helpful.
