CoveyHomes Kirkland, this is the place to live. Oran the Maintenance Manager, is very, very knowledgeable on the AC system! Oran is also very intelligent about all other maintenance issues here on this property. Once a work order is in he works very swiftly to get it done ! Orain is an excellent worker. He does his work professionally He never disrespect me. Always so pleasant.
This place is nice and quiet. Anytime I have an issue maintenance is quick in responding. I always talk to the young lady in the front office ( Megan) and she’s always helpful and absolutely the sweetest.
My family and I love this community. The community manager, Melanie Fuller, has done a phenomenal job with this community. She truly cares about the residents, and takes her time addressing every need. She goes above and beyond with the upkeep of the property, and our personal units. She puts herself in the residents shoes, and it's truly been a blessing having her in the community.
I put in a request on Monday with maintenance for my ice maker and Oran had it fixed Tuesday morning. He was very pleasant and had it fixed in no time. Thank you!!
