We have had no A/C in our townhome since March 3rd (two months now) and Shannon has ignored every single one of our emails. My wife is 6 months pregnant and about to begin her third trimester in the GA heat with no A/C. Maybe this review will get property management's attention. Will continue to update.

I had a very disappointing experience with this management company. After moving out, I have been forced to repeatedly follow up regarding the return of my security deposit, which is legally mine. Despite sending multiple emails and even visiting the office in person, I have received no response and no resolution. I was a responsible tenant throughout my entire stay. Sherry was amazing! Me and Tatiana took a tour to two different apartments and when I tell you, Sherry make’s you feel welcome before moving. There is so great. She answered every question we had she was welcoming with open arms and she was so relatable. I don’t think I’ve ever met anybody in a position like that or may anybody that I’ve toured with recently with the energy, bright, liveliness. I will definitely be returning! Thanks Sherry :).
