As the holiday season approaches, I’m reflecting on how much of a positive difference Shannon made when I moved into my two-bedroom townhouse with a garage, a gated backyard, and keypad entry. As a single mom, I deeply appreciated how the community office actively engages residents—and not just superficially, but in meaningful ways. The front office team (Sherry, Marieo, Shannon, and Chico) consistently goes above and beyond, organizing events and programs that involve both kids and adults. They are horrible with communication. When I inquired about moving due to the noise it took a month to get a response. When maintenance sent the men to the my home, they said they called me. I asked them to show me the number they called, it was not mine. Also, the service was scheduled for a Monday. They showed up on a Saturday. I was also told by management that they would take out the old flooring and replace it. They ripped out the flooring but did not replace it. After, I was told they were not going to replace it. The property itself is nice. There is a tremendous lack of communication and follow up from the office that makes me desire to live elsewhere.
