Don’t come here, terrible customer service and business practices. I booked a package for laser hair removal here a couple years ago, and had to cancel one of the appointments due to a snowstorm. I’ve called countless times to reschedule and they’ve never picked up the phone until today. When they finally picked up I found out that my package and all the sessions that were still left on it were cancelled because it had been so long, even though I’ve been trying to contact them all of this time.
The woman or man who answered the phone lacks knowledge, is ill mannered and is uneducated regarding injections/filler products. Please inform your staff on how to treat prospect customers who are looking to spend good money.
I don’t ever like to leave a bad star review to hurt a business so I will not ...especially because I think Dr. Brothers is awesome! However ,I am super disappointed in the fact that I had an appointment with you guys, after switching my doctors after moving to a new city and was recommended to get a chemical peel. I scheduled a consultation at my doctors appointment for a week away and 4 days after ( so 3 days before my appointment ) I called to re schedule due to being in an accident.
