Very hard to contact. Sketchy and they do not do proper investigations.
Inconsistent payments while on workers comp that led to an inability for me to pay bills. A case manager that did not care about what the doctors or specialists had to say and instead only cared about getting me off of her caseload. I'm so glad I'm finally back to work and I hope I never have to deal with this again. If you have to go through them I wish you the best of luck and hope it is only for a short period of time.
