This place has some kinks, I feel like they have crazy volume and some red tape associated with most dealerships. Brittany, my go-to service advisor, always makes certain that everything is 100%, if not always on the first try. Ryan in Parts was knowledgeable and identified the parts I needed for a simple connector fix that I needed on my 2023 Maverick.
I had been putting off the recall notices for my truck because life is busy. Recently, I got a text from Covert Ford about scheduling, so I gave it a try. Within two clicks, I had a date and time that worked for me. Nathan, my service advisor, was great. He explained the repairs might take more than a day and suggested their shuttle service, which worked perfectly to get me home. Service was awful. My representative was unreachable for almost every call, directly lied about time estimate. I was told to expect 1-2 days from the time I dropped it off, and it took a total of 4. If you are in need of service, look elsewhere.
Crooks is the nicest way I can describe this place . Please stay away from this place they will over charge you and give you a quote and then completely up charge you at the end. I should have looked at the one star reviews before I went here.
