Troy the owner and mechanic at Covert Customer is great. Very knowledgeable and honest. He gave us an excellent thorough written estimate, explaining in detail what needed to be done and the costs for parts and labor, with fair pricing. This was important for us because we had purchased a car that had lots of quirks and issues, Troy got to the root problem. Highly recommend! And he answers the phone and returns calls.
