My car was at Bastrop Covert for 5 weeks just for a misfire issue. The first time, I was charged $224, and my car was worse than before. They added unnecessary liquids to the injectors. The second time, the car showed an engine warning light and there was vibration coming from inside the engine. This is the second time I’ve lost money because I didn’t have my car for 5 weeks, all for what they claim is just a misfire. The Service Department at Bastrop is not qualified to fix cars — not even bikes.
Chip and the team got me right! I appreciate everything yall did for us! Me and the wife are happy with the whole process. Everything went super fast and smooth.
