Just purchased a vehicle from covert CDJR. Don Murphy went above and beyond with the purchase. Don helped me from initial contact to closing out my deal on my ram 1500. My previous vehicle was totaled and during the process I contacted Don regarding a new vehicle. Don kept in contact with me for about a week; I never felt the pressure of buying. I never expected to change my previous 5-star review to a 1-star review, but after this experience I can't recommend this service department. I purchased my 2025 Jeep Gladiator new from this dealership. Less than a year later, it spent three weeks in their service department after a tracking device became entangled in the serpentine belt system, damaging the alternator and leaving the vehicle undrivable.
