Ppl here DO NOT JUDGE you at all! Your in treatment but you relapse? Don't be afraid they understand shirt happens as long a your trying. They are so nice, then urges are awsome. Its crazy busy sometimes but that's ANY methadone/suboxin clinic, don't give up it takes forever the 1st time but once you get a schedule down it's not too bad and its worth the wait times to be sober!!!
I was a patient back in 2022-2023 and years prior. For over a month now I have been trying to reach dr. Covert in an effort to receive a refund from my insurance being charged $2000 at the same time I was paying cash everyday. I stopped being a patient that doesn’t mean I’m not due a refund. When I guest dosed at @ Covert Action, it was my first time visiting another clinic. I was immediately impressed by the bright, professional atmosphere. The staff were all welcoming & kind. Shout out to CONNIE who met me at the window with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude! This treatment center is top notch and I am grateful they are there when I visit from out of state
