My hats off to CoverSafe and most especially to Kevin Taylor onsite Technician and Taylor Shoebel, office Admistrator, scheduling and parts. I had a particularly difficult problem with my endless pools automatic cover. Kevin was simply TOP Caliber. Connor did a fantastic job—he was knowledgeable, hardworking, and incredibly friendly. It's so refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about its customers. So Todd showed up today to do the yearly check of our cover. I have been with Coversafe for many years. I have never seen a technician do such a complete and thorough job as Todd did today. If he recommended we fill the pool I would have gotten the machines and started filling it... Seriously not only did he take the time to do a complete job but he was very patient explaining what and why he did everything. I would say with service like this you have me as a customer for life...
