Extremely unfriendly staff. Waited almost an hour to see the doctor with a scheduled appointment. Awful patient/customer experience. My 4 year old daughter communicates and sets expectations better than this clinic. If you’re looking to waste your time and money then this is the office to visit.
Previous whole-body scan visits the Dr. used an illuminated Dermascope. Today’s PA did not. He briefly looked at one arm and did cursory inspection of 4 or 5 areas of concern I showed him. He did not inspect my neck, scalp, back of ears. Maybe he did not think it was for a whole scan. I called the office after I got home and thought about the visit, but the representative was not helpful and transferred me to an answering machine. Staff was so nice and professional, knowledgeable. My appointment was on time . The facility was very clean .and the doctors were thorough.
This was my first skin check, so I was a little bit nervous. The MA, and PA Sarah helped me feel very comfortable, and were very friendly with good bedside manner. My appointment was prompt and I was able to return to work on time. The facility is very clean and modern. Thank you!
Office and doctor are okay, but i've called 3x since Friday and left 3 messages about prescriptions and have yet to receive a call back.
