Husband arrived at 3:25 for his 3:30 appt. Soon after he was put in a room and they forgot about him. The office closed at 5 pm and they realized he was still in the room waiting for the dr. Who does this? Lock up to leave for the day and leave a patient still waiting for the doctor. Will never go there again.
