It was not a warm and inviting atmosphere. The waiting room/ open desk was chaotic. I didn't know where to go to sign in. Practitioner Tom was friendly and helpful and his assistant was also friendly and helpful. The office is on the 2nd floor of the building. It's nice when you get past the front desk and waiting room. It was a beautiful view from up there. Parking signage was very confusing and business name signage is absent from the outside of the building. Even Google was confused where to park.

Dont go here! My visit experience at the Altamonte Springs location: Very nice office. Wonderful staff. Their intake technology and efficiency for new patients was impressive and i didnt have to wait long for an appointment at all. My issue started with their poor transparency for billing. I told them I was self pay from the get go. This was a cosmetic issue that i was there for, so i told myself going in, that the max i was willing to pay out-of-pocket was $500. I had a very thorough exam and given advice to prevent skin cancer. Ann was very professional and staff very friendly.
