We are so happy that Coverings took care of our flooring needs. Brenna & John went above and beyond. They're so helpful and understanding. We have been working with Brenna - she has been great. Installers measured and assessed for problems so we expect the install to go smoothly. Will check back afterwards- but extremely pleased so far.
I have worked with Delsa and she is responsive, knowledgeable, and invaluable when navigating insurance demands. She has helped confirm necessary repairs and / or replacements for flooring damaged by water, fire, or mold (Higman / Driggs). She is doing awesome in Idaho Falls!
I love this company. From the sales team to all the installers. They were really conscientious and went over and above to make sure the work was done properly. So happy.
