We just moved to AZ and needed window treatments for the whole house inside and out. James from the Covered Window is the guy. We had in put in shutters, vertical blinds and outside motorized sun screens and everything came out perfect. If you want the comfort of buying blinds and having them right with no problems then the Covered Window and James is the place to go, you won’t be disappointed.
The Covered Window and James is the best around. He provides top-notch customer service and stands behind his product. He is well-versed with all of his product line. The quality of the roller shades I purchased are amazing. It cleans up my home and just makes the home look so modern and elegant. He does a phenomenal job with installation! I highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed!!!
This company makes high quality products and has incredible customer service. We purchased their roller shades for all the windows in our home and we love them. Kelli is communicative, friendly and helpful and Ryan is an installation wizard. He’s always prompt, kind and efficient. I’d recommend TCW to anyone.
All 5 star reviews don't lie. Had 2 inch blinds installed throughout the house 6 years ago. Had an issue with the child safety cord, Ryan came out and took care of it. What a great young man. Great family business. Highly recommended.
