This office is amazing! My wife and I moved over from Arizona about a year ago. I arrived first, then her. I signed up for C.CA first, and she had to be added a few months later due to a family emergency. I used these agents (ADAMS) for 2016 and 2017. I struggled for over a month trying to figure out Insurance Network in 2016. I contacted them and they had me signed up with an insurance company for medical and dental in less than 20 minutes. I struggled with call to Covered Ca long waiting lines they were so busy. I was Blessed by stumbling across a Covered Ca certified agent He was so helpful and took care of things for me I needed something done while he was on vacation he still took my call and made sure a coworker took care of me I no longer need coveted Ca but I was sure glad it was there when I needed it and so grateful for the help of Covered Ca certified agents
I've literally spent 5 months going rounds with Medi-Cal to get my son removed so I can purchase a private plan through Covered CA. I finally decided to make an appointment at Gordon Paul's office and although it was a learning experience for both of us, in less than an hour Debbie got things straightened out!
