Covered bridge is a gem. Great location with smart amenities. Covered bridge is home you hate to leave but love to return to. Peaceful with quiet neighbors this oasis is a good place to visit if you have friends here. It’s a great place to live and call home
This is what you need to know. 1. If you want a property as an investment, RUN. Our home’s value went down -$20,000 in two years and other houses have a horrible time trying to sell. 2.If you want this place as your forever home, you’ll quickly want to leave. HOA does nothing and cant do nothing. 3. HOA does not let you fix your siding, or roof, or paint your house or fix your garden. But they cant afford to do it for you either. 4. Recently bought a home and finally a place I can call home. Great community, great people. Still some issues but the HOA is improving. Soon they will change the exteriors. Dog& cat friendly community. I heard they renewed the pool and clubhouse very recently.
I am a condo owner and recently attended the Town Hall Meeting. I am very pleased to report that there is an active, attentive board addressing the issues of an older condo complex. The board members have experience in the position they hold. Our treasurer is a finance person and did a well received overview of the budget. There are plans in the works for new roofs for all of the condos. The HOA dues are $330 per month and includes water and garbage pickup.
