We checked a couple of houses & thank god didn’t buy here! Great location but didn’t like the floor plans, very less natural daylight and poor space planning especially for living area! Backyard don’t even ask ! 😅Overall bit pricey for no reason, as compared to other builders. Poor quality homes.
Ashton Woods refused to return our earnest money after concerns were raised regarding foundation crack in garage floor per home inspection. This was requested after just one week under contract. After the defect was realized in the inspection, we provided timely notification to Ashton Woods in hopes that they would return earnest money, address the defect and be able to market the house without delay.
