I had my first infusion at the Harvest Hills Clinic. Madison, the nurse was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I felt very well taken care of. The clinic was clean and bright with big comfy recliners, a bathroom and snack/beverage station which I though was quite a nice touch. I feel very confident about my future infusions here.

Impossible to get through the call center by phone. You cant actually call the clinic and the NB call center never answers

I really enjoy this Clinic. It’s clean, friendly, comfortable and convenient. I also like the layout which incorporates an element of privacy due to having three separate rooms. The staff are efficient, professional, welcoming and courteous. Ongoing appointments are scheduled locally within the clinic as opposed to many of the organizations who annoyingly go through a process of email confirmations and changes through varying contact names and sources. As this was my first infusion, I was anxious about the procedure. However, Karlie, I hope I got the spelling correct, was friendly, kind, and professional. I wish to express my utmost thanks to her, and wish such skilled and gentle staff would be available everywhere.
