Do not go here I stayed there for 2 years and the management is sooo rude. when eventually i had to beak my lease n move out, the staff were so rude n clueless. they managed to screwup everything n in the end we had to hire a lawyer to sort everything out. They would say one thing , do another and totally claim that they hadnt been informed.And they have serious bug issues and we even had our packages stolen from our door step atleast 3 times and had to have the police called in. Nobody is ever here. Go to Lowe's I came into this branch needing to buy the equipment to build a deck. After looking for someone to help for 30 mins I actually called them from my cell and was told that someone would come by. Another 20 minutes and nobody shows up. Finally someone shows up. AS I'M LEAVING, and tells me that they need to go get someone else to help me out. his place is a joke. Shop at Lowe's instead. I was ready to spend about $1500 with them. Right now I'm glad I didn't.
Went looking for a new vanity top for a bathroom, spent about 15 minutes looking at colors and side splashes to match. The lady who works the department passed by me three times without a word then disappeared, so I needed to ask if a certain color will be reordered again. Good luck to find someone who knows. Never again I go there for anything. Lowe's came in better.
Lowe's Excellent Employee Assistance, Poor Business Judgment Purchased and picked up four pallets of landscape block, but needed more. Called to have 3 more pallets delivered. Lowe's manager wanted to charge $12.00 per pallet, but I could return them for a refund. Tried to explain that driver could pick four pallets when he dropped off the new order. Condescending clerk -- really ticked me off! I was looking at paint a couple of weeks ago, minding my own business, needed NO help, and this woman employee came up to me and whispered in a very condescending manner "Can I tell you a secret? See those little paint cards at the front of the aisle -- well, you take those to the guy mixing the paint and he'll make it for you. We don't carry ALL of those colors." I couldn't believe it.
