Just had a rep by the name of "GOERGE" call my office and not only was he RUDE but he actually had the nerves to HANG UP on me! I called him back, since he had already provided me with his phone number, and he sent my call straight to voicemail! Not even man enough to answer the phone and explain why he rudely hung up on me. I you see this company run, and run fast. After you signed the contract they hand you off to their franchisee and they don't care anymore. They claimed 5 points healthcare cleaning system is full of crap, they don't even vacuum or mop the floor. I have filed so many complains to the company and franchisee no point. So have to cancel the service within 2months. very bad company to work with.
Horrible. They are a franchise service and don't stand behind the people they assign to you. Made all kinds of promises until I signed up. Cleaning consists of dusting and vacuuming. If you want more than that, look elsewhere.
