Our tech’ Mark, knew exactly what the problem was and due to his experience he was able to get to the problem immediately. No guess work or bad time wasting diagnosis . He had the parts and knocked it out! Cool to watch him work !!
Mark Stopped by to give me a quote on a retractable pool cover. He didn’t ask any questions or inspect the pool cover he measured the pool cover made a couple of unprofessional jokes and said he would send me Pool Cover evaluation and a quote. The evaluation had 20 bullet points of inspection. Only six of them were performed. The quote came in overpriced and Mark never bothered following up with me. I didn’t feel as though I could trust them and called another local company.
Awesome Job on the replacement cover. From start to finish the project went smooth. The quote, lead time and Carl the installer was excellent. Fast and efficient! Thanks!
We hada cable break on our automatic pool cover and I was able to get a next day appointment. Carl and his assistant were in and out in less than 90 minutes. Very satisfying service.
