Quick and professional
Didn’t even get to buying anything. I just wanted to discuss the quote for $15,000 for a pool holding about 15,000 gallons. Things like, “hey can we expedite this project so it would be done before two months?” Answer: extra $750 Or “is there any other solution to get closer to my budget?” Answer after being on hold for minutes: “no we only do one model of covers” And “hey so how does installation work?” Answer: “you will need to reach out to a construction company to ensure concrete and coping is done properly.” It’s really... read more
