Great customer service and communication, and the pool cover looked great when they finished!
They show up and that's the only good thing. They take your payment information up front and then just charge you whatever they feel like charging. There is no quote given ahead of time and they do not let you know before they replace additional parts that they feel may go bad soon (gliders). I would not recommend this company. $900 for a sliders and ropes. Update: After 10 months the parts that were replaced are failing
