Do Not use these guys for your pool cover needs. Everything about working with them has been bad. They installed our cover and it has not worked properly since it has been installed over 3 years ago. On top of that they are dishonest and overpriced. I had them come do an annual service, they charge a flat rate for the first hour then every fifteen minutes after. They billed me for one and a quarter hours despite the fact that I have them on camera being at my house no longer than 47 minutes. They still haven't fixed the oper... read more
Disappointed in the customer service. You get a different person every time you or they reach out with a question. The company also doesn’t sub out any work. If you want a pool drain, special cover for the pool vault, or anything like that, you have to sub that out. They don’t even provide any good names of businesses or individuals in the area that could help. I’d go with a different pool cover company.
I had Cover Care repair a hole in my pool cover. $38.16 for the patch. $299.00 for the service. Took technician about 1/2 hour to repair. Did not get a follow-up call or if there will be any guarantee. Highway Robbery!!!
Repairs were done swiftly and professionally. Highly recommend Cover Care!
