Our cover broke and they were out here quick! Fixed it within an hour! Great to work with.
From the first phone call to collect a bid for the work through completion of the work, the entire process was seamless. Everyone at Cover Care from the person who inspected our old cover and prepared the bid, to the office staff who advised us and helped us place the order, to the technicians who installed our new cover was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Do Not use these guys for your pool cover needs. Everything about working with them has been bad. They installed our cover and it has not worked properly since it has been installed over 3 years ago. On top of that they are dishonest and overpriced. I had them come do an annual service, they charge a flat rate for the first hour then every fifteen minutes after. They billed me for one and a quarter hours despite the fact that I have them on camera being at my house no longer than 47 minutes. They still haven't fixed the oper... read more
