Came out-of-market to service my cover in a city with no one who could service the brand. I had a brojen rope, and the servicemen replaced both ropes, all pulleys, and replaced the front bar of the cover, which the initial installer mis-sized, with the correct one. The did sll of this in miserable rain-and-sleet weather without so much as a complaint. They also dismantled and reassembled a very idiosyncratic section of pool decki to access the cover machinery. I’m thrilled with the results.

They were so professional and so quick. We broke our cover on a weekend and they came early the next week and were in and out in a jiffy.

We had this called this company for a repair of a cover star pool cover since no one else can service them. I would say the actual work the guys do was great but the communication of the company is abysmal!! They changed appointment dates without telling me resulting in waiting all day twice for workers who never showed. I had to ask for any warranty information. The $240 hourly charge can result in an expensive repair. What initially was a service call to replace the motor and switch on a small cover for a hot tub resulted in a final bill of $5,140.27. I could have purchased a new replacement cover system for that price.
