The worst ever!! Chairs were disgustingly dirty, and the owner was rude! He dropped off lights for center poles and left without installing them, and when asked about cleaning the chairs, he lied about sending someone back to make them presentable. So hours before the wedding we washed 120 chairs ourselves... just what we had time for! Never again.
Don't waste your time or money with this company. Late to the venue, total disregard to safety of their set up and downright rude and disrespectful to us as customers during set up.
I am sure the Cover-All company has solid intentions, however their installers were several hours late to my son's wedding venue - when they finally arrived, they were rude, making comments about the location and difficult set-up. Several times they wandered around the property searching for materials to use to compensate for "short poles" and "missing items."
