Makenna is quite literally my saving grace. Southtown Hyundai refused me coverage for my sunroof on my new Kona when I had coverage. After 5 weeks of my car sitting at the dealership, I took it into my own hands and called Cover All. Tammy is amazing. She is always there to answer my questions, get claims pushed through, and overall just help me provide the best customer service I can possibly provide (on the dealership level). Unlike other similar programs, Coverall doesn't create a bunch of extra work for me (as I really don't have much extra time). Coverall is an exceptional, high value program, with a very affordable cost. Highly recommended and I do not know why every dealership doesn't offer at least some of their programs.
I'm so incredibly impressed with the customer service and care that I received. The online claim process was quick and within a few hours I had a phone call from Tami (who was so courteous and helpful!) who just required a few more details. Once I sent her what she was needing, I had payment immediately. I'm still amazed at how quick and painless this process was and am a completely happy customer.
We had a minor scratch on the front bumper, and some paint chips on the trunk/cargo door of a Mazda CX30. The initial quote came back at $2,500 on both which Cover All indicated was above coverage of $250 per item. Derek subsequently discussed with the auto shop directly, and the front bumper has now been buffed and we were given a touch up pen to work with the trunk/cargo door. Glad it's resolved.
Derek went above and beyond and helped me out when the dealership would not! Thanks again!
