Recommendedit's been my home for 13 years love it here.
The apts need updating, cabinets in kitchen,doors new need magnetic colosures, vents need to be replaced, carpet in hallways need to be replaced...Need heat in laundry room. This is a nice community, I feel safe,we now have entrance to the outside locked. All and all the management on site do a good job..
Just moved in in March thinking it was a really nice place and now I'm living in a so called air conditioned unit that is 81 degrees. I have requested service twice, only to be told that I can not turn my unit lower than 77 degrees because I am freezing up the AC unit! Toilet hasn't flushed since day one and they will not fix that either. VERY disappointed and would not recommend to anyone at this point!! Hope things will get resolved without me having to involve the Fair housing authorities
Hallways stink. The bathrooms and cabinets are from the 70s. Gross
