Jeff and Tom were easy to work with. We lived for 1 year and our house was remodeled. We enjoyed our stay. Neighbors are awesome. There are no cons at all but if I had to list few, I would say get an apartment/townhouse away from road. (Window insulation is great but you can still hear some traffic noise). Also, kindly replace the light bulb at the entrance with a bright now so it is easier to turn inside the complex in the dark.
Absolutely terrifying people to deal with. Tried getting me to sign a lease saying they are allowed to enter my home whenever they wanted and also tried getting me to waive the right to sue them. When I reached out asking for them to give notice before entry they ghosted me and haven’t heard back from them in days now. Stay far away from these people, they are a husband and wife named Barbara and Tom.
