Absolutely terrifying people to deal with. Tried getting me to sign a lease saying they are allowed to enter my home whenever they wanted and also tried getting me to waive the right to sue them. When I reached out asking for them to give notice before entry they ghosted me and haven’t heard back from them in days now. Stay far away from these people, they are a husband and wife named Barbara and Tom.
Lived here 4.5 years and its a great private neighborhood.
Called today to ask questions about a property they listed for rent, the woman who answered was very short and refused to give any information other than “go to the website” “call my husband”, ok so why is your number listed then? And why is it your number on the actual website to call? The website has no further information than I already had, other than that the application on the website asks for your bank account information, which is a red flag that the whole thing is fraudulent or a scam.
