Ugh...my neighbor had a bathroom “emergency” three days ago. I had to call the office three times in one day before maintenance came back to stop the leak. Found out the upstairs neighbors had left a puddle of water on the floor over night even though they knew there was an “emergency”. My carpet has not been properly cleaned, the ceiling is coming apart, and my apartment smells like toilet water despite any efforts on my part.
