You can find much nicer apartments for the pricing. Pool closed frequently with no communication. Stoves don’t work. Management has poor communication. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.
Complex picks and chooses when amenities are open. You pay monthly for trash pickup that varies in price every month. Management does not communicate when changes are occurring (for example the pool schedule) Would not recommend this complex. It’s become a headache to live here. You can find better in the area. We will not be releasing here.
Me and my wife applied for this apartment being that we wanted to move in and there was supposed to be a two month promotion that they were offering us, which is what attracted us more so wanting to relocate to this property after upon completing the application process the leasing consultant Keisha tried to up our price for two bedroom two $3000 when that was not ever the case we were supposed to be paying a roughly about $1659. we live in a very well apartment complex. My husband and I had the pleasure in applying here. We spoke with Keisha and I noticed that the apartment we chose was $1,659 which was within our price range. Due to us moving in May, I look back at the application and noticed Keisha adjusted it to $3,056. That is NOT within our budget but most importantly not what we agreed on. I reached out to her and she stated not to worry about this and that she will update our price upon move in. Anytime we need something fixed they always send Lazaro and he does and amazing job each time! We never have to call twice about the same thing he fixes it the first time
