These apartments are gorgeous. The location is convenient, the finishes are beautiful. Mr. Les Tanaka is amazing too. He deserves 5 excellent customer service and professionalism. I wish they allowed dogs as the most difficult thing I had to do was find a place that allowed me to have dogs. I loved the convenience of having a garage so close to the apartment. I went in several times cause I really wanted to live there. Maybe at some point they'll allow dogs. I would recommend them for sure. Go see Mr. Tanaka.
We love living here. Management is wonderfully helpful, maintenance is quick and repairs happen timely, neighbors are friendly and polite. We love the community events and how clean the grounds are kept. It truly is a lovely community to be part of.
The Coventry Apartments are the Best Apartment we've had. Clean, gated community with a wonderful staff that are courteous friendly and close by shopping like Winco The Nugget Whole Foods Amazon Groceries Costco within walking distance, plus Lowes Home Depot. We have been here on-off for 20 years and keep returning because It's The Best.
⸻ We had a great experience with the leasing office during our move-in process. Everything was well-organized and handled professionally. We especially want to thank Galina for her kindness, responsiveness, and support. She was incredibly helpful and made our transition into the apartment smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her assistance and positive attitude!
