I am extremely disappointed with how management handles noise complaints in this apartment community. A family with a 2year old child is being repeatedly accused of “excessive noise” during completely normal toddler behavior such as walking, running around, and playing in the apartment. Today, I personally witnessed a situation that finally prompted me to write this review. We had an amazing experience at Coventry Apartments. From the beginning, everything felt like a beautiful welcome to our new life in the United States after arriving from Brazil. The team was always kind, supportive, and very attentive — especially with my children and my family, which meant a lot to us. We truly created special memories here, and this place will always have a special meaning for us. Thank you, Coventry, for making this chapter so positive and memorable. We leave with gratitude.
