Good: location to stores/schools. Garage included Bad: they take your entire security deposit even if you only rented for 8 months and did no damage. Rent also skyrockets once your initial lease ends.
5 Stars, ONLY because I cannot give 1,000. Ashley, Les, Johnny and the FAMILY @ Coventry are amongst the best people I have been blessed to encounter in my life. Ashley welcomed me into their community during Covid in 2020 where I lived comfortably and peacefully until my regretful but necessary departure out of state in late 2025. The apartment is beautiful, is perfec! Management is awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable Ashley, Les and Gallina. They explain everything and work with you during the process!
Very unprofessional! Came in to do an inspection and did not have shoe covers for work boots or shoes. When we asked about getting shoe covers before walking on our carpet they made it seem like such an inconvenience to them (they did not even have them on hand which means they walk into everyone’s units with dirty work boots). We loved living here and the community that it provided. Les, Ashley and Gallina in the front office are so friendly, helpful and always say hi. Johnny who does maintenance is attentive and works to resolve any issues right away. There are also a lot of nice amenities such as a workout room and pool. Something we used often. There is definitely a nice community vibe here. Plus it is a great area with parks and shops nearby. Highly recommend.
