The Coventry Park personnel are some of the most friendliest, compassionate and caring people. They are always ready to help you and take care of whatever situation that you have. They are like one big happy family all in one place. I am happy to be a resident and part of this community.
I love living here! The property managers have been nothing short of amazing and we always get a quick response for maintence! Neighbors are all super nice and in general this place is friendly and comfortable.
We’ve been here at Coventry Park Apartments on and off for more than 21 years and we love the community convenience of shopping hospitals close by and Costco less than a mile away. The staff are all wonderful and it’s gated with your own garage and my children come by for a swim in the pool. We really feel safe here and you can’t go wrong with the community.

Dear Management, We would like to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding the area around the children's playground. Currently, children are not allowed to use the lawn near the playground. However, there are frequent instances of dogs being walked on this same lawn and even directly within the playground area.
