We have truly enjoyed living here at Coventry Park Apartments and Condominium’s. Our experience with the office staff and maintenance team - Ashley, Les, Galena and Johnny has been nothing but commendable as they are very professional and efficient, always friendly, polite, welcoming and fun. Townhomes are neat and modern, and the amenities are clean and well maintained. We had a weird situation where we had to come to Sac area ASAP and had to rush a move in. Galina and Ashley were instrumental in assisting. Despite our frustrations and extenuating circumstances we were met with patience and professionalism. Thank you Galina and Ashley!
Coventry Park is a wonderful place to live. Complex is quiet and well taken care of. Management very friendly and helpful, all maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoy the location because it is close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to freeway.
My husband and I have been living at the Coventry Park Apartments for four years now. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great place to live. The apartments are roomy and very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. We have everything you could want or need. An exercise room, pool and spa, playground for children as well as a garage! Truly a great community. Loved the hospitality of the staff especially Galena and Les. They are so responsive, no matter what the situation is. Maintenance issues are fixed asap. The apartments itself is located in a beautiful spot. Couldn't have asked for a better place to live honestly!
