Very bad customer service , I booked an appointment to serve my Land Rover that I purchased from Land Rover and i drove more than 1 hour because this is the closest location to me , and I specifically asked the lady who booked me to get a loaner car and after verifying with her manager she said yes we can give a loaner , I came in after driving an hour to be shocked that I have to pay 70$ for that !!!!!, and when I asked why I’m paying since it is a loaner the service guy said it is a loaner / rental !!!!!!
