Well this service isn’t fit for purpose. Hardly seeing people ? Get this who ever goes in comes out within 5min. What kind of productivity level is this. Skip them if you can or prep for 4 hours + waiting. I don’t understand why this isn’t managed better . What a waste of resources.
I had a really good experience this evening. Check in staff were friendly and helpful, I saw triage within 10 minutes and then a perscribing nurse practitioner withing about 90 minutes. All of the staff were very professional, kind and friendly. Cant thank them enough a very positive experience overall
