Just had a service done at Coventry motorcar, it was an absolute pleasure very transparent pricing was much cheaper then dealer. Coventry motorcar will be the only place I bring my vehicles to get serviced!
So this review is with great reluctance. I honestly thought Scott (sales) and the service manager seemed nice. But I visited to see a specific car. I was told upfront that there was a noise in the top of the windshield (convertible) that they needed to fix. I test drove the car. The sound was annoying but I loved the car. I wanted to buy it but told them my girlfriend needs to go for a ride and that noise cant be there. They said it would be TOP priority to fix. I went back within a day or two. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable! Had an issue with my 09 Mercedes SL550 and was able to get an appointment right away. They quickly diagnosed the problem and even sent me an inspection video of the underside of the car showing the condition of all major components. Ethan was great in providing me with options to repair the car based on my budget. High recommend Coventry Motorcar for all your service needs and will definitely be back with any of my imported vehicles in the future.
