Buying a new Coventry Home was a great experience from start to finish. Beautiful area of Georgetown!! Great place to raise a family!
I would suggest anyone not to buy homes with Coventry homes builder. They use absolutely terrible quality build materials for their homes which starts breaking after one year(after builder warranty expires). Their response once you sign the contract changes completely and the less we talk about the sales counselors the better. Finally, before you purchase coventry homes in the community try to talk to others who already bought from them.
Every Coventry home I’ve seen is so beautiful! (I wish I went with them instead of Perry. Perry made me give them a check after closing… who does that?! And on top of that there’s ~$10,000 they’ve cheated from me. It ruined my experience overall. Don’t buy with Perry- go to Coventry instead.)
