On top of the dozens of issues we have had with our Coventry home, we just discovered our clothes dryer door is always wet and rusting. Also, our microwave is growing BLACK MOLD!! even after sanitizing. Turns out they capped off the vents for the dryer and microwave improperly, letting hot humid air enter down the vents. This meets the cold dry air inside the home and condenses. Please don't risk your health and safety by choosing this builder. Look elsewhere!!!
