Be careful! The sales person hid the fact that Veramendi is under a Water District which means separate taxes. The forms they were legally required to have us sign were never presented. Their Construction Managers John Taylor and Tanner Thompson are dishonest and try to decline warranty tickets as much as possible. DO NOT BUY FROM COVENTRY HOMES AT VERAMENDI. And if you do please!!!!🙏 Read my review. We had our house built, Kimberly the sales agent was superb, attentive and answered all of our questions; but after our closing in December of 2025 she was moved to a different location. When we closed they were things pending that needed to be done in our home, and said that they would get them done as soon as possible after we moved in because they wanted to push all the pending houses to December closing. It is a shame that they are destroying the Hill Country with this trash. Wildfires will wipe this whole subdivision out some day.
Kimberli is an absolutely incredible rep to work with! She is genuine, involved, and truly cares for the clients she works with. Veramendi, being one of my favorite communities to work in, has the incredible opportunity for my clients, and Kimberli is an incredible addition to this experience.
Spent quite a bit of time video and researching Coventry Homes. This builder puts all the bells and whistles in their homes. Loved the layout of the model and the community truly resort style with amenities close by.
