I had the best experience working with Brittney Yost at Trailwood. As a new home buyer, I really appreciated her patience in helping me understand the new build process. She is very responsive with a positive attitude! We found the home of our dreams at Trailwood!
Worst place to live compared to other communities in this area. Coventry uses cheapest quality materials and things are already falling apart in houses built 2 years ago. HOA is a big joke with ridiculous fees. Other communities around here have more amenities and less fees. Water gets clogged in lot of areas on the sidewalks and becomes slippery but HOA is more worried about your lawns. New community, facilities to be tested in the long run.
The closing experience is horrible trying to make me close (by threatening me to pay 1% from home value as a fine) on a home full of major issues like heat not working (around thanksgiving time) and hard wood floor with major damage (by their construction teams). On top of that and now, very bad warranty service, their young construction manager, very unprofessional, always saying tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes :).
