Despite assurances that our earnest money would be refunded after deciding not to move forward, they refused to return it, even though we were not under contract for the build at the time of cancellation. They initially pushed us into a new build despite knowing we needed to move quickly. Renee at Coventry Homes was excellent! She was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout my ENTIRE homebuying process. She made me feel so comfortable and did not hesitate to answer ANY question I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and as a result I have a wonderful home that Leonard and his team also took the best of care with down to the smallest detail. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Renee, Leonard, and the team at Coventry Homes in The Highlands!
