Don’t build with Coventry if you’re looking for quality. The quality of the build is terrible and when you call for them to fix it, it’s “not warrantable”. They pride themselves on being a high end builder but they’re the furthest thing from it. We haven’t even lived at our house for two years and we have already had a roof leak, AC issues, and our moulding is all cracking.
Worst experience building a home with this company. The construction manager is terrible and concerns were not addressed until elevated several levels of management.
Great service! Can't say enough things about the sales representative that helped us through the whole thing, Sarah St. Clair. She was extremely patient with us and explained everything in great detail. We feel like they care about their customers and try their best to accommodate.
