The builders sells representative Cesar was very unprofessional, even insulting at times questioning if we could afford the home we were looking at that he was trying to sell to us as well as questioning if we could afford the monthly payment even after we informed him, we had already been preapproved. Love the homes, however, decided Based off their sales representative, we will not be going with a Coventry home

Military/PCS/Stillwater Ranch Working with the Coventry Homes team was like a breath of fresh air! As VA buyers and new in San Antonio TX we were nervous, but Cesar Acosta guided us through every step with patience and care. The Construction Manager Mr. Turner was Excellent during every step. Don’t build with Coventry if you’re looking for quality. The quality of the build is terrible and when you call for them to fix it, it’s “not warrantable”. They pride themselves on being a high end builder but they’re the furthest thing from it. We haven’t even lived at our house for two years and we have already had a roof leak, AC issues, and our moulding is all cracking.
