We have experienced a new Coventry home from start to finish and lived in it for a year. Don’t do it! The 3 months prior to closing was the worst customer experience. Then, the warranty game started. We had a leak detected since day one of 5 gallons per hour costing us over $75 a month for 10 months and they never would discuss reimbursement.
