Carrie is a top tier sales agent. Her knowledge of not only Coventry Homes but the home building and buying process makes her a very trust worthy person to buy a home from.
It is advisable to avoid their sales agent. They initially offer for any price you request but once you complete the loan pre approvals they unexpectedly increase the price and refuse to negotiate further. Additional their preferred lender only perform the hard pull for pre qualification. They will not be accepting any prequalified letters from other lenders. I recommend steering clear. Not satisfied with the agent.
