They initially offer for any price you request but once you complete the loan pre approvals they unexpectedly increase the price and refuse to negotiate further. Additional their preferred lender only perform the hard pull for pre qualification. They will not be accepting any prequalified letters from other lenders. I recommend steering clear. Not satisfied with the agent.
